Our older sister joins us by way of Missouri, after receiving clemency from the Governor and his parole review staff. Apparently, the brothel she was convicted of running had enough campaign donations left over to create some magic empathy from the Man in the Mansion.
Before her addictions led her into a life of crime, she kept her affairs in good order — one after the other — and we all believe in second chances. Of course, we recognize her silvery tongue had served her well in the 90s when she worked at a small car dealership off highway 61 in White Bear Lake. There, she talked her way past all kinds of bad carburetors and loose wheels, doubling the sales of this lemon factory in just under 18 months.
Before that, she sang in several touring rockabilly bands, talking her way out of bar band troubles and into boyfriends scattered about the lower 48, like her first love John “Jingle Heimer” Schmitt, aka, Schmitty, who she met at a truly sketch roadhouse called “Whiskey River” in St. Peter, MN. Yes indeed, she’s sassy, lovely, and full of stories. She's such a good talker, we’re making her head of regional sales, the first professional position she’s had in a good long time, one that suits her background perfectly. We do hope she leaves the swear bucket behind, but since words don’t actually hurt, we’re going to give her a long rope on this vice for as long as she can stay off the sauce.
In short, she’s professional, a lovely miss with a penchant for four letter words. You could sum her up in 3 words if time was tight: Pro Miss Cuss
She’s our sister and this is a family business, so that’s all I’m saying about that.
Once again, welcome our new Director of Regional Sales, Sara Knerdson.
